What can I engrave on the back?

Up to three lines. Most pet parents add the pet's name, birth and passing dates, or a short phrase like "forever in my heart" or "best girl". You'll enter the text after clicking Add to Cart via the personalization form.

How long does personalization take to ship?

Each necklace is engraved to order at our USA fulfillment center. Shipping usually goes out within 2 business days of ordering, with delivery time on top. If you need it by a specific date, contact us.

What's the chain like?

A delicate Satellite chain, 16 inches long with a 2-inch extender so it can sit at 16, 17, or 18 inches. The clasp is a lobster clasp. Pet parents with wider necklines sometimes remove the extender for a shorter fit.

Will the engraving fade?

No. The engraving is laser-etched into the stainless steel, so it cannot rub off, fade with sunlight, or scratch away like painted or ink-marked jewelry does.

Is it okay for sensitive skin?

Gold and Rose Gold are PVD (physical vapor deposition) coatings applied over stainless steel. Silver is polished stainless steel with no coating. All three are made to hold their finish through everyday wear.
