Biothane, a coated webbing that is fully waterproof and does not hold odor. It rinses clean under a tap, handles swimming, mud, and rain, and does not stay damp against your pet's neck the way nylon or leather does.

If your dog swims, hikes, or simply finds every puddle, a fabric collar stays wet and starts to smell. Biothane does not absorb water at all, so it dries instantly and stays fresh.

No. A QR tag does not track or locate your pet, and it does not provide live tracking. It works when a person finds your pet and scans the tag. Think of it as an ID tag that can hold far more information than engraving fits, and that you can update at any time.

Whatever you choose to display. Most pet parents include their pet's name, a photo, one or two phone numbers, and any medical or handling notes a finder should know. Anyone who scans the tag can see it, so include only what you are comfortable sharing with a stranger who found your pet.

Yes. When your tag is scanned, we notify you so you can respond quickly. If the person scanning chooses to share their location, that is included, which gives you a place to start looking. That location comes from the finder's phone, not from your pet.

Yes, any time, and as often as you need. Change your phone number, move house, add a medical note, and the tag itself never needs replacing. This is the main advantage over engraving a number into metal.

No. Setting up and using your pet's profile is free, and one account covers up to six pets.

Yes. A QR tag and a microchip do different jobs. A chip is permanent and readable by a vet or shelter, while a QR tag is visible to the ordinary person who finds your dog on the street and wants to help right now. Best practice is both, with your chip registration kept current.

We cannot promise a lost pet is found or returned, because that depends on someone finding your pet and choosing to scan. What the tag does is remove the friction for a person who wants to help, and give them everything they need in one place.

No, and this matters. We engrave and print exactly what you submit, including spelling, capitalization, and spacing. Please read your details back before you order, especially the phone number.

Your pet's name on the front, and on the back a phone number you actually answer. If there is room, a second contact and your city help. If your pet has a medical condition or needs careful handling, that is worth including too.

Yes. Add one to your cart, personalize it, then add another and personalize that one separately. Each tag carries its own details.

Reach out the same day at contact@pawfurever.com. If the mistake was ours, a replacement ships at no charge. If the mistake was on your end, we will produce a replacement at 50% of the item price rather than full price.

Only if you own it or have permission. Professional pet photography, licensed characters, sports and entertainment logos, and brand marks belong to someone else, and we are not able to reproduce them. Photos you took yourself are always fine.

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Everything is made to order, so that window is production time rather than warehouse picking.

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 8 business days in transit after your order ships. Most orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days of being placed.

Free standard shipping on United States orders of $50 and over. Below that, shipping is a $4.99 flat rate. Canadian orders are charged shipping at checkout regardless of order value.

USPS and UPS. The carrier depends on your order, your destination, and the delivery method you choose at checkout.

We email you a tracking number once your order ships. Allow 1 to 2 business days for tracking to become active in the carrier's system. Until then it may show no movement, which is normal.

Email contact@pawfurever.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. Once it ships, we cannot redirect it.

Check around your property, with neighbors, and with anyone else at your address, and confirm the address on your order. Packages are sometimes marked delivered up to 24 hours before they arrive. If it still has not appeared after 48 hours, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Yes. We ship within the United States and to Canada, and not to other countries at this time. Canadian rates are shown at checkout. Customs duties, GST or HST, and brokerage fees are set by Canadian authorities, paid separately from your order total, and usually collected by the carrier at delivery.

Maryland.

Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked, so they are not returnable for a change of mind, a change of size preference, or details entered incorrectly at checkout. They are still fully covered if they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Non-personalized items, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging with any hardware included. Email us first to request the return. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

For a change-of-mind return, you do, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

Email contact@pawfurever.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund. This applies to personalized items too.

We process approved refunds within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to post it to your statement.

For non-personalized items, the fastest route is to return the original and place a new order, so your replacement is not waiting on the return to arrive. For a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement directly.

Returns for marketplace orders have to go through that marketplace's own process. Start it there and they will walk you through it.

Yes. If you run a retail store, grooming salon, veterinary practice, boarding facility, rescue, or shelter, we work with partners at 40% off retail.

Waterproof collars, waterproof leashes, and QR tags. Wholesale covers blank and stock items rather than personalized ones, since personalization is made to order for an individual pet.

Your customer scans the tag and registers it to their own pet. Nothing is linked in advance, so you can stock and sell the tags like any other product, and the pet profile is set up by whoever buys it.
