How does the AI bird identification work?The built-in camera uses machine learning to analyze each bird’s shape, color
pattern, and size. It compares against a database of 6,000+ species and sends
you a notification with the identified bird species via the companion app.

What is the camera resolution?

The camera captures 1080p Full HD video and high-resolution still photos. It
also features a night vision mode for low-light conditions at dawn and dusk.

How is the feeder powered?

The feeder includes a solar panel that charges a built-in rechargeable battery.
In ideal sunlight conditions, the solar panel provides continuous power. A USB
cable is included for backup charging during extended overcast periods.

Is the feeder weatherproof?Yes, the feeder is built with weather-resistant materials rated for outdoor use
year-round, including rain, snow, and direct sunlight.

What birds can I attract with this feeder?
The 1.5L hopper works with most common seed blends and can attract a wide variety of species depending on your location and seed type, including
cardinals, blue jays, chickadees, finches, sparrows, woodpeckers, and many
more.

Do I need to pay Vat?

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). 

However, Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Our Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) EST (Toronto time). Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days. Order transit time is 5 to 8 business days ( Monday-Saturday). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS and UPS Shipping to deliver the product. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

How will customers get the return label?

For defective products it's the same as the shipping label For customer remorse it's the customer's responsibility. Customers can get it by downloading and printing it from the company's website.

Return product conditions should be the same condition that you received it.

Who bears the shipping cost?

For defective products, we will cover that for you But when it's customer remorse they need to bear the shipping cost.

Shipping & Returns

By making a purchase on PawFurEver, you acknowledge and agree to our policies, which are in place to ensure transparency and clarity for our customers.

Shipping Policy:


At PawFurEver, we offer shipping through USPS and UPS. We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days, after which we ship the product. The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location, usually taking 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with a unique tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery. Please allow 1-2 days after the shipment for the tracking number to become active on the carrier's system.

Return Policy:


For non-personalized products, we accept returns within 30 days of the order. The product must be in its original packaging and unused for a return to be accepted. If you need to return a non-personalized product, please email us at contact@pawfurever.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on personalized products due to the custom nature of the product. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect personalized product, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy:


If you cancel a non-personalized product before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel a non-personalized product after it is shipped, you will need to return it to us for a refund. We will refund your payment through the original payment method once we receive the returned product.


Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned in poor condition or without its original packaging. Also, shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.
