You can include up to 4 lines of text – most customers add their pet’s name,
their phone number, home address, and any medical alerts. Each line supports up to 15 characters.

What material is this tag made from?This tag is made from premium stainless steel with a gold PVD coating that
resists scratching, tarnishing, and fading. It is water-resistant and built for

What size is the diamond-shaped tag?The tag measures approximately 1.25 inches x 1.25 inches (32mm x 32mm). It

Yes, every tag comes with a stainless steel split ring that fits any standard

How long does shipping take?
All orders (including personalized items) ship within 2 business days. Delivery
typically takes 3–5 business days within the US. Free shipping is available on
orders over $35 with code FREESHIP.

Do I need to pay Vat?

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). 

However, Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges.
