Shipping Policy:
At PawFurEver, we offer shipping through USPS and UPS. We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days, after which we ship the product. The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location, usually taking 3-5 business days.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with a unique tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery. Please allow 1-2 days after the shipment for the tracking number to become active on the carrier's system.
Refund Policy:
For non-personalized products, we accept returns within 2 weeks of the order. The product must be in its original packaging and unused for a return to be accepted. If you need to return a non-personalized product, please email us at contact@pawfurever.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on personalized products due to the custom nature of the product. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect personalized product, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel a non-personalized product before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel a non-personalized product after it is shipped, you will need to return it to us for a refund. We will refund your payment through the original payment method once we receive the returned product.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned in poor condition or without its original packaging. Also, shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.

We are happy to offer exchanges for non-personalized products in new condition, however the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

PawFurEver will issue a full refund of the product's price to your original payment method, except for the shipping cost associated with delivering and returning the item. In case of errors with personalization, we will refund the full amount including the shipping charges.

Typically, it takes 5-10 business days for a refund to appear in your account after it has been processed by our team. However, the exact timing can vary depending on your financial institution.
